Shortlisted for Independent Schools of the Year for Sporting Achievement!
The Mead School were delighted to be shortlisted for Independent School of the Year for sporting achievement.
We have celebrated numerous awards and achievements this past year, from the U11s winning the Plate at the ISA National Netball competition after winning the regionals, the U11 boys winning the Solefield rugby competition, one of our children scoring second in the ball throw after qualifying for the ISA National Athletics competition, five of our children qualifying for the ISA Cross Country Nationals, the U9’s winning the Hilden Grange Cross Country tournament, and the U11’s who won the UKSA Plate Hockey Tournament whilst the U10’s came runners-up.

The entire team at The Mead School join the sports department in being grateful for this recognition which reflects the hard work, skill and dedication of our Sports staff, leading to opportunities for the children to compete at the National level.
